For a color twist on the usual nautical theme, we've created this diapercake inspired by a post on pinterest.  There's enough pink and blue to make this cake gender neutral.

While following @yoyokulala we were inspired by her 100 Day celebration theme.  This traditional asian event marks a significant milestone after birth and is a popular alternative to a sip and see.  It gives time for both parents and baby to settle in before throwing a big bash.

Calgary's long drawn out winters have us longing for beach party themes.  We came across this seashell cake from The Pastry Studio in Florida which has amazing artistic and modern designs.  From that we created this gender neutral cake to include swim diapers (fits 5-18mths).  Parents should visit Vecova, Calgary's only warm water pool across from UofC.  It's a popular destination for mom and baby classes.

Pink and Purple Floral Theme

This color theme is simply stunning and we couldn't wait to make a diaper cake that would capture all the pretty details.  Although those macarons came from an unidentified source on pintrest, you can always plan a private baby shower with Ollia Macarons & Tea for a macaron and tea/wine pairing event.  Just bring this diaper cake and balloons then you're all set.  

Rock A Bye Baby Diaper Cake

For a yellow theme this duck just cracks us up.  We made this cake with thoughts of lemon and fluffy meringue.  Have brunch at the Yellow Door Bistro, pictured on the right.  It's perfect.

Inspired by this extravagant tutu theme we wanted to translate its grandeur to an 8 decker cake with 2 tiers of roses.  Thank you to a special client who brought these high quality tutus from Bluish in Toronto to our attention.
